Guesthouse
The unit sold is the room, and the person receiving guests is the host, not a front desk in shifts.
- Rooms, not abstract units
- Host, instead of front desk
- Guests, with their stay history
- Menu adapted to the profile
A room sold twice, on two platforms, costs more than a night: it costs a review. When every channel has its own calendar, syncing becomes a matter of memory, and direct bookings — the commission-free ones — get lost among them. Zarina CRM gathers channel bookings and direct ones in the same calendar, with housekeeping and payments linked to every stay. It is installed on the guesthouse’s own server, with a lifetime licence.

Every step exists as such in the application. It is not a presentation diagram; it is the order in which data is entered.
The booking comes in directly, by phone or from the channels you are listed on.
The calendar shows what is free for the requested period, for each room, with no overlaps.
The booking is confirmed at the period’s rate, and the deposit can be taken online.
At check-in the guest’s details are completed, and charges add up on the stay’s folio.
Vacated rooms appear on the housekeeping list, with their status, not on a note on the fridge.
At check-out the stay’s folio is closed and the payment document is issued.
The Hotel edition has five profiles. Choosing one changes the names throughout the application and the menu structure, so the screens resemble the way you work.
The unit sold is the room, and the person receiving guests is the host, not a front desk in shifts.
Profiles for larger properties, where the front desk works in shifts and the volume needs other screens.
Profiles for those selling beds or whole apartments, not classic rooms.
The part that costs a guesthouse most: a room sold twice because a channel was not updated in time.
The edition has a channel module, with adapters for the main platforms and calendar-based sync.
Your own booking engine brings you stays with no platform commission.
Season, minimum nights and rates are defined once and apply on their own.
We prefer to be precise from the start, including about the things that depend on others.
The problems below are not hypothetical. They are the reasons guesthouses look for software.
One booking comes in on a channel, another by phone, and the calendar was not updated in between.
Availability goes out from a single calendar.
The guest leaves in the morning and nobody remembers what they had on the second evening.
Everything adds up on the stay’s folio, as it happens.
The guest arrives, and the room had not been put on the housekeeping list.
Vacated rooms go onto the list automatically, with their status.
The Guesthouse profile is part of the Hotel edition. It is paid once, installed on your side and remains the guesthouse’s.
We install the application on the guesthouse’s hosting and configure it for the Guesthouse profile.
We enter the rooms, types and seasonal rates, so the system is ready to use.
We configure together the channels you are listed on, with your own accounts.
Guesthouses that want a single calendar for all channels and clear records of stays and payments.
Hosts who want direct bookings, with no platform commission, on their own website.
Anyone looking for restaurant software with table orders or automatic reporting to external systems.
Guests’ data is personal data. Its place is not with us.
Availability and rates are managed in one place and go out to every channel, and bookings come into the front desk as they are made.

Stripe
The Booking.com and Airbnb calendars sync through iCal, with no separate contract: the booking comes into the CRM and blocks the room at the next sync, within minutes — which prevents overbooking, the problem that costs a small guesthouse most. Expedia is connected after the property’s connectivity contract. The deposit or full payment is collected through Stripe, confirmations and access instructions are sent by email or WhatsApp, and the invoice is issued with VAT and the applicable per-night fees. The full list is on the connectors and API page.
