CRM for online stores and distribution, every order in a single panel
Orders from WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify and Trendyol come automatically into the same list, with unified stock, shipping labels and VAT invoices from the same record. It is not a separate edition: you get the complete Sales edition, with the store modules activated. The licence is lifetime, and the number of users is unlimited.

Every store and every order, in the same place
One online store or five channels at once, it does not matter. Orders land in the same list, with the same stock behind them, and the invoice and shipping label go out from the same record. Connection is done once, during implementation.

Distribution and wholesale
From order to return, in 6 steps
Management software for online stores is only useful if it holds the order end to end. Each step leaves behind a document and a figure, and the next step starts from them.
The order comes in on its own
From the online store or marketplace, the order appears in the CRM within seconds, with products, address, payment method and customer notes.
Stock is reserved
Quantities are deducted from the unified stock, and connected stores receive the new availability, so you do not sell what you no longer have.
Preparation and picking
The picking list goes to the warehouse, with the order lines and with bundles or kits broken down into components.
Shipping label and dispatch
The shipping label is generated directly from the order, with GLS or DPD, and the tracking number is sent to the customer automatically.
Invoice
The invoice is generated from the order, with VAT calculated, in AED or any currency, and its data is ready for your accounting and e-invoicing provider.
Status and returns
The customer receives status updates by email or WhatsApp. If they return the goods, the stock goes back in and the refund is tracked until it is paid.

How the features above translate into packages
The features described on this page are activated through the core, the shared packages and, where they exist, the modules specific to the field. The full mapping, area by area, and the prices are on the pricing and packages page.
The core, mandatory
Clients, partners, leads, opportunities, dashboard, roles and permissions, custom fields, reminders, 15 languages. Part of every configuration, whatever packages you choose.
Thirteen module packages
The same in every edition: sales, invoicing, inventory, procurement, operations, service, support, omnichannel communication, marketing, integrations, AI, reports, HR. Only the ones you need are activated.
No industry-specific module package
This edition has no separate industry modules: everything it needs is covered by the core and the shared packages. You do not pay for a vertical package.
The essential packages for this field
For commerce and online stores, the packages that matter first are Products, inventory and e-commerce and Invoicing and payments. The rest are added as needs arise.
What happens to an order, from click to return
Every CRM has the sales side. The difference for a store shows in what happens to stock, the shipping label and the goods that come back.
Unified stock for all channels
The same quantity sits behind every store. When something sells on Trendyol, availability drops in WooCommerce too, not after an hour, but immediately.
Bundles and kits
A product sold as a set is broken down into components at picking and deducted from each item’s stock, not from an invented bundle stock.
Shipping label from the order
Dispatch is done from the order record, with no copying addresses into the courier’s app. The tracking number comes back onto the order and goes out to the customer.
Prices per customer
A distributor does not sell to everyone at the same price. Each customer can have their own price list, with discounts per category or per product.
Margin on every order
The purchase price sits on the product, so every order has its own margin, and the report shows what sells well and what sells for nothing.
A return that closes the loop
The return brings goods back into stock, tracks the amount to refund and keeps the reason, so you see which products come back most often.
Abandoned carts
A customer who reached checkout and stopped receives an automatic message, by email or WhatsApp, with what they left in the cart.
Complete buyer history
Every order, from every store, on the same customer record, with total value, frequency and favourite products.
60 features, grouped into 6 work areas
Nothing is charged per user and nothing per order: every activated module runs for the whole team, on your own server.
Orders and channels
Products and stock
Purchasing and suppliers
Delivery and returns
Invoicing and payments
Customers and marketing
What runs on its own, after a single setup
Automations are switched on once, during implementation, and run on your company’s server. They are not charged per order and do not depend on an external service.
Orders come in with no copying
Every connected platform sends the order to the CRM within seconds, with products, address and payment method. Nobody opens three admin panels every morning any more.
Stock goes back to the stores
When a quantity drops, the platform sends the new availability to every connected store, so you do not sell products you no longer have.
The shipping label and status go out on their own
When the order moves to dispatch, the shipping label is generated, and the customer receives the tracking number and then the delivery statuses, without anyone writing a message.
The invoice follows the order
The invoice is issued from the confirmed order, with VAT, and its data is passed to your accounting software.
The abandoned cart comes back
A customer who stopped before paying automatically receives a message with what they left in the cart, on the channel they use.
Reviews are requested automatically
A few days after delivery, the customer receives the review request, and the reply goes onto the product and order records.
What a store without a single system loses
Losses do not come from one big mistake, but from dozens of small things: a cancelled order, a forgotten return, a product sold below cost. The platform catches them at the source.
Stock sold twice
The same product sits in three stores with separate stock. It sells on all of them, and two orders are cancelled with apologies.
In Zarina CRMA single stock behind every channel, updated with every sale.
Orders copied by hand
Someone takes the order from the store panel and retypes it into the invoicing software. Ten orders a day mean an hour lost and address errors.
In Zarina CRMThe order comes in automatically, with products, address and notes, and becomes an invoice in one click.
Unknown margin per product
You know how much you took in, but not how much you earned. Heavily discounted products may be selling at a loss.
In Zarina CRMThe purchase price sits on the product, so every order has its own margin.
Returns with no records
The goods come back, end up in a corner of the warehouse and nobody puts them back into stock. The money to refund is forgotten.
In Zarina CRMThe return brings goods back into stock and tracks the amount until it is refunded.
Customers who never come back
You do not know who bought three times and who disappeared six months ago, because the history is split between platforms.
In Zarina CRMA single customer, with every order from every channel and segmentation by what they bought.
Stock tied up in dead products
Money sits in goods that have not moved for months, while the products that sell run out.
In Zarina CRMRotation reports: what moves, what sits and what needs ordering from the supplier.
Integrations and automations for stores and distribution
Native international integrations: online stores and marketplaces such as Trendyol, couriers, payments, campaigns and customer communication. Each integration runs on your company’s own accounts with the respective providers.

What to know before implementing store management software
We prefer to say from the start what the platform does not do. If what you mainly need is a point-of-sale system for a physical shop, the first point below will save you a long conversation.
- It is not a point-of-sale (POS) systemFor in-store retail sales at the counter you keep your current POS and its receipt printer. The platform covers the online store and distribution; connecting the CRM to a POS can be developed separately, on request.
- Barcodes, multiple warehouses and loyalty are developed on requestBarcode scanning at receipt and sale, separate stock locations for several branches and loyalty cards are not in the standard version. All three can be built on the platform, as separately paid development, with a deadline agreed before the contract. We do not sell them as if they were already included.
- Integrations run on your company’s accountsTrendyol, couriers and online payments work with your own accounts and credentials. We connect them during installation and check each flow, but fees and costs stay between your company and the providers.
- Sync depends on what each platform allowsEvery store and marketplace has its own query limits and its own fields. What the source platform does not expose cannot be brought in. During implementation we check exactly what syncs and what stays manual.
- Artificial intelligence does not decide for youAI helps with product descriptions, campaign copy and replies to customers, on your company’s own key. It does not set prices, does not place supplier orders and does not replace the commercial decision.
- The platform runs on your company’s serverInstallation is done on your hosting, and orders, customers and stock stay there. Responsibility for backups lies with your company, following the procedure we agree on during implementation.
If the store is currently run from Excel and three admin panels
It is not a question of tidiness but of volume: once you sell on more than one channel, the information no longer fits in a spreadsheet and a few open tabs.
Orders are copied by hand
Every morning three admin panels are opened and orders are retyped into a spreadsheet or the invoicing software.
In Zarina CRMOrders come in on their own from every store, with products, address and notes.
Stock is kept in Excel
The file is updated in the evening, if anyone still has time, and the stores sell on yesterday’s figures.
In Zarina CRMA unified stock, updated with every sale and sent back to the stores.
Shipping labels are made in another app
The address is copied from the order into the courier’s app, and the tracking number is written back onto the order. Sometimes.
In Zarina CRMLabel generated from the order record; the number comes back automatically and goes out to the customer.
Customers ask where their parcel is
Every message takes up someone’s time on the team and brings in no money.
In Zarina CRMThe customer automatically receives the tracking number and delivery statuses, by email or WhatsApp.
Invoicing is done at the end of the day
Invoices are issued in bulk, data is wrong, and invoicing becomes an evening chore.
In Zarina CRMThe invoice is issued from the order immediately, with VAT, and passed to accounting.
You do not know which product makes you money
You have the turnover, but not the margin per product or per sales channel.
In Zarina CRMMargin on every product and every order, with reports per channel.
Monthly subscription or lifetime licence
The difference does not show in the first month, but in the third year. The calculator below does the maths on your company’s figures.
The subscription grows with the number of orders
Subscription platforms charge per user, and some per order processed too. The more you sell, the more you pay, every month.
The lifetime licence is paid once
The package is paid at installation, users are unlimited, and the cost does not rise when you double your orders or open another store.
Your data stays with you
The application sits on your company’s server. The customer database and order history belong to you, not to a software vendor.
Cost calculator
What it costs you NOT to have Zarina CRM
A monthly per-user subscription never stops: you pay it every month, it grows with every new employee and, at the end, you are left with nothing. The lifetime licence is paid once. Move the two sliders to your team’s real size and see the difference over 36 months.
If you pay a flat subscription, divide the monthly amount by the number of users. If you do not use a system yet, leave the default values: they are typical cloud platform rates.
What you lose over three years with the subscription
—
—
The calculation covers the licence only, not hosting. The licence price does not change when you add users. At the end, the licence remains an asset of the company.
The platform is activated by module, not as a single edition
You pay for what you use, once: the licence is for life, not per month. The core is mandatory; the rest is activated on the licence and can be added later, without reinstalling and without migrating data.
The CRM core
Mandatory in every configuration: users and roles, clients and contacts, leads and pipeline, custom fields.
Orders and channels
Sync with online stores and marketplaces, statuses, notes and follow-up.
Products and stock
Catalogue, variants, bundles, stock movements, stock counts and alerts.
Purchasing and suppliers
Purchase orders, receipt, purchase price and margin.
Delivery and returns
GLS and DPD labels, picking list, returns and refunds.
Finance
VAT invoicing, online payments, collections and overdues.
Marketing and communication
Campaigns, WhatsApp, abandoned carts, reviews and segmentation.
Integrations and automations
API, webhooks, Zapier and Make, plus the internal automations.
What you get when you sign the contract
Implementation does not mean a link and a password. It means stores connected, stock brought up to date and people trained on the platform.
Installation on your server
We put the application on your company’s hosting, with a certificate, backups and email accounts configured.
Connecting the stores
We connect each store and marketplace, check field by field what syncs and test on real orders before go-live.
Data import
We bring in products, opening stock, customers, suppliers and order history from the files you have now.
Team training
Separate sessions for the warehouse, customer service and management, on your company’s real data.
Warranty and fixes
Anything that does not work as agreed is fixed during the warranty period, at no extra cost.
The code stays with you
The application and the database are on your company’s server. There is no lock-in and no dependence on a subscription.
A CRM built for online commerce and distribution
We also say plainly when we are not the right solution. An implementation that does not fit costs more than a lost sale.
It is right for
Online stores and distribution companies that sell on one or more platforms, hold their own stock and ship by courier. From a few dozen orders a month to a few thousand.
It is also right for
Companies that sell online as well as through agents or by phone, with different prices per customer, and want the same stock and the same customer behind every channel.
It is not right for
A physical shop where sales happen at the till, with receipt printing and barcode scanning at the shelf. For that type of business you need a POS system first, not a CRM.
What commerce and distribution companies say
Four companies that sell products, from delicatessen and dermatology products to a butcher’s shop and technical distribution, in Romania and abroad. Reviews are translated from Romanian.

Automation, centralising all our data and integrating artificial intelligence into our caviar trading process, both in Europe and in Asia (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and even Saudi Arabia), have helped us enormously. Thank you for your commitment and constant support.

Integrating CRM software into our sales automation was the best investment. Operations that often took us hours now take two clicks, and we spend the time saved on the processes that really matter. We have saved time and staff. I recommend it.
In our premium butcher’s shop in Belgium, traceability of special one-off orders from restaurants is essential. Inventory management gives us complete clarity over daily deliveries.
Leads from marketing campaigns are captured instantly in the CRM through webhooks. We issue financial proposals, check stock in real time and control the team’s profit margins from the office.

Questions about CRM for stores and commerce
What does it mean that retail is not a separate edition?
You get the complete Sales edition, with the store and e-commerce modules activated on the licence. You do not pay for a reduced product and you are not left without the sales side: you have leads, quotations and agent commissions, as well as orders, stock and shipping labels.
Which platforms do orders sync with?
WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Shopify and the Trendyol marketplace. Connection is done once, during implementation, and orders come in automatically, with products, address, payment method and customer notes. Other stores can be connected through the API.
Is it a point-of-sale (POS) system?
No. For in-store sales at the till you keep your current POS. The platform covers the online store and distribution, and connecting to a POS can be developed separately, on request.
Can I work with barcodes or several warehouses?
Not in the standard version. Barcode scanning, separate stock locations per branch and loyalty cards can be built on the platform, as separately paid development, with a deadline agreed before the contract. They are not included by default and we do not present them as such.
How does unified stock work?
A single quantity sits behind every channel. When something sells on one channel, stock drops and the new availability goes back to the other connected stores, so you do not sell products you no longer have.
Are shipping labels generated straight from the order?
Yes, with GLS and DPD, on your own accounts. The tracking number comes back onto the order, goes out to the customer automatically, and delivery statuses update on their own. For other couriers, such as Aramex, the tracking number is entered by the operator.
How are invoices issued?
The invoice is generated from the order in one click, with VAT calculated, in AED or any currency. Its structured data is ready for your accounting software and, under the UAE e-invoicing system, for the Accredited Service Provider you appoint.
What happens with returns?
The customer requests the return from the portal or you record it yourself. When the goods arrive, the quantity goes back into stock, the amount to refund is tracked until payment, and the reason is kept for reports.
How long does implementation take?
Usually between two and six weeks, depending on the number of stores connected, the size of the catalogue and the volume of data imported. Testing is done on real orders before actual go-live.
Which server does it run on, and who owns the data?
On your company’s hosting, not ours. The customer database, order history and stock stay there, and the licence is lifetime: if you stop working with us entirely, the application keeps running.
