Estimated due date
Calculated by the classic rule, 280 days from the first day of the last menstrual period. The same value, whoever opens the file.
- 280 days from LMP
- Always shown on the file
- No manual calculation
- Can be corrected if set otherwise
A pregnancy means around ten visits, a set of tests each with its own window and a lot of data that has to stay comparable. When everything is on paper, gestational age is recalculated at every visit, and overdue tests are discovered late. Zarina CRM calculates the estimated due date and gestational age from the last menstrual period, shows the tests planned for each trimester with their week window, and flags what has not been done. It is installed on the clinic’s own server, with a lifetime licence.

The steps you go through anyway, except the data stays linked and comparable from one visit to the next.
The last menstrual period is entered. The estimated due date and gestational age follow from it, recalculated every time the file is opened.
The planned set appears with its week window. Tests are ticked off as results arrive.
Each visit records the parameters tracked, at the gestational age of that moment.
Estimated fetal weight is calculated from the ultrasound measurements, with the same formula every time.
The application shows tests whose window has passed and visits running late compared with the usual rhythm.
At birth, the file is closed and stays in the patient’s history, with everything it contained.
Three values the clinic recalculates dozens of times a day, and where a counting mistake slips in most easily.
Calculated by the classic rule, 280 days from the first day of the last menstrual period. The same value, whoever opens the file.
Weeks and days, recalculated every time the file is opened, not written at the last visit and left there.
Derived from gestational age and used to show exactly the set of tests and check-ups that fits the moment.
The planned set comes preconfigured, each item with its trimester and the week interval in which it is collected.
A visit’s value shows at the next visit: if data is recorded the same way, the progression can be read; if not, it cannot.
Each visit keeps the gestational age at which it took place, so the sequence reads correctly even if the intervals between visits varied.
Calculated from head circumference, abdominal circumference and femur length, with the same formula every time.
For pregnancies under active follow-up, the application flags what has fallen behind relative to the current gestational age.
For software that touches pregnancy follow-up, limits must be stated as clearly as features.
The profile sits on top of the complete Medical CRM; it is not a separate, smaller application. The ordinary gynaecology consultation stays the same.
Calendar per doctor and per room, with different durations for consultation, ultrasound and pregnancy check-up.
Consultations, investigations, documents and previous pregnancy files, in a single history.
Consent forms for procedures and the record of agreements, linked to the file.
The invoice for a consultation, ultrasound or pregnancy follow-up package, with outstanding amounts up to date.
Access with their own account to appointments and the documents you choose to publish.
Certificates, referral letters and activity reports, generated from existing data.
The information we would rather share before the contract, not after.
These are not hypotheses: they are the reasons clinics come to us.
The patient missed the visit in the right week, came back a month later, and the window for a test closed in the meantime. Nobody noticed at the right time.
Items whose window has passed appear separately, on the file.
Weeks are counted on the wall calendar at every visit. An error of a few days shifts the window in which investigations fall.
Gestational age is recalculated from the LMP every time the file is opened.
Measurements are written in three places, worded differently. By the sixth visit nobody can compare with the third.
Every visit keeps the same parameters, at its own gestational age.
You pay once for the licence. There is no per-user cost and no monthly fee to keep using the application.
We install the application on your server and configure the obstetrics and gynaecology profile, with the consultation form and the pregnancy file.
We go through the delivered test set together, compare it with the protocol you apply and adjust it before the first working day.
A working session with doctors and reception, on a test file, with visits and tests entered together.
Obstetrics and gynaecology practices that follow pregnancies and want dates, tests and measurements to stay linked to the same file.
Clinics with several doctors, where a patient may be seen by anyone and the file must look the same for everyone.
Anyone looking for an obstetric risk assessment system, automatic interpretation of tests or a direct link to the ultrasound machine and laboratory.
A pregnancy file contains some of the most sensitive medical data. The question comes first.
By the classic rule, 280 days from the first day of the last menstrual period. The value stays shown on the file and can be corrected if the date is set otherwise, based on ultrasound.
Yes, it is recalculated every time the file is opened, in weeks and days. Each visit keeps the gestational age at the time of that visit.
The usual set, each item with its trimester and week window: blood group and Rh, anti-D antibodies, full blood count, blood glucose, urinalysis, VDRL, HIV, HBsAg and the others. The set is editable.
Yes, for files under active follow-up. Items whose window has passed without a result appear separately, relative to the current gestational age.
From a formula applied to head circumference, abdominal circumference and femur length, entered from the ultrasound. It is an estimate, with the method’s margin of error, not a measurement.
No. There is no risk score and no probability estimate for any complication. The application records and calculates dates; clinical assessment belongs entirely to the doctor.
No. Results are recorded manually on their item or attached as a document. An integration with a specific laboratory is discussed separately.
Yes. Pregnancy files are closed at birth and stay in the patient’s history; a new one is opened without affecting the previous one.
Yes. The pregnancy file is one part of the profile; the rest of the consultations, investigations and documents work as in the Medical CRM.
