Medical CRM · the specialities layer

22 configured medical specialities, each with its own form and service catalogue

Generic medical software delivers a single consultation form, with a free-text field where every doctor writes differently. After a year, nothing in that field can be searched. The Medical CRM delivers 22 configured specialities: each with its own consultation form, service catalogue and the modules it needs. The speciality is chosen at implementation, and for multidisciplinary clinics several are activated, with the speciality set per doctor.

Catalogue

Specialities available in the Medical CRM

Each option is delivered with the consultation form, service catalogue and its own modules. For any of them, you can request a demo environment configured exactly as delivered.

Polyclinic

Several specialities active at once, with the speciality set per doctor. Reception runs a single calendar, and every doctor gets the form of their own speciality.

Multidisciplinary clinics

Speciality set per doctor

A polyclinic does not have one speciality, it has eight. Every doctor needs their own form, on the same patient base.

  • Several specialities active. Only the specialities actually practised in the clinic are configured; the rest do not appear in the interface.
  • Speciality per user. The doctor’s speciality is linked to their account. When they open a consultation, they get their speciality’s form directly, with no prior selection.
  • A single patient file. A patient seen in 3 specialities has one file, with 3 types of consultation in the history. No parallel records are created.
  • A single calendar at reception. Every doctor’s appointments in one view, with different durations per speciality and per room.
  • Centralised invoicing. Services from every speciality in a common catalogue, with centralised payments and reports per doctor and per speciality.
Dedicated modules

6 specialities with their own logic, not just configuration

For most specialities, delivery means form, catalogue and active modules. For the following 6 there is code written for the speciality’s logic, and each has its own page.

Adaptation

Customising forms, without code changes

The delivered form is a validated starting point, not a constraint. Each practice adjusts its fields from the administration interface.

  • Fields added or removed. You can add the fields actually used and remove those that clutter the record.
  • Field types, not free text. Number, date, option list, checkbox, text — each with its own validation, so data stays searchable and measurable.
  • Calculated values. A field can be derived from others, such as body mass index from weight and height, with no manual calculation.
  • Sensitive data marked. Fields with sensitive medical information are treated as such in display and export.
  • Return to the delivered configuration. The form can be restored at any time to the speciality’s standard version.

What to know beforehand

The information we would rather share before the contract, not after.

  • Not every speciality has its own modules. 6 have code written for the speciality’s logic. The rest have a form, catalogue and configured modules — enough for their work, but the distinction is worth knowing.
  • The application does not diagnose or recommend treatment. It records, calculates and searches. The clinical decision belongs entirely to the doctor, in every speciality.
  • No integration with national platforms. No automatic reports are sent to insurers or registries. The data stays with you and is exported on request.
  • Specialities can be extended. A speciality not in the catalogue can be configured, as work separate from the standard package.
  • We are not a healthcare provider. We deliver a working tool. Professional liability and reporting obligations remain with the medical facility.
Implementation

3 scenarios and how each is configured

A single speciality

You choose the speciality, and the application is delivered configured for it. Where there is a dedicated page, we recommend reading it first: it states explicitly what is and is not included.

Several specialities

All specialities practised in the clinic are activated, and they are linked per doctor. The patient file remains single.

Not decided yet

Request a demo environment for the closest speciality and open a consultation. You can judge how well the form fits in a few minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Answers about the specialities catalogue

What actually changes when you choose a speciality?

The consultation form, with the speciality’s fields instead of free text; the service catalogue, preloaded with the usual services; and the active modules, meaning what appears in the interface. It is not just a change of name.

Can several specialities be active in the same installation?

Yes. Several specialities are activated, and each doctor has the speciality linked to their account. The patient keeps a single file, which receives consultations from several specialities.

Can the delivered form be modified?

Yes. Fields are added, removed or reordered, with their type and validation, without code changes. You can return at any time to the speciality’s standard configuration.

Our speciality is not in the catalogue.

A new speciality can be configured, with its own form and catalogue. It is work separate from the standard package; tell us the speciality and you will get a concrete answer.

Why do only some specialities have their own page on the site?

Because only those have more than configuration: modules written for the speciality’s logic. We do not publish pages without their own content.

Does the service catalogue include prices?

It includes the list of services, not prices. Fees are set by the medical facility, because they are its own.

Can consultation records be searched?

Yes, and that is why the fields are not free text. A value entered in a typed field can be searched, filtered and measured; one written in prose cannot.

Is diagnosis coding included?

Yes. The application includes coding according to the international classification of diseases (ICD-10), usable in consultations, in every speciality.

Does the demo environment open exactly the requested speciality?

Yes. The link received by email contains the chosen speciality and opens the application directly in that version, with sample data.

What does an additional speciality cost?

Configured specialities are not charged separately: they are part of the Medical CRM. The licence terms are on the pricing page.
