Courier and shipping integration, labels and tracking from the order
The waybill is created from the order, the label is downloaded in the format your printer takes, the shipment status appears on the record, and cancellation happens inside the CRM. With your own courier account and contract.
From $2,900 excl. VATone-time payment, no monthly subscription
Courier and shipping integration, straight from the order. Waybill creation and cancellation, labels, tracking and cash on delivery, without leaving the CRM.
Works together with: Connectors and API, Online store integration, UAE e-invoicing.
What happens when the waybill is typed into another application
The data already exists on the order, and it gets retyped anyway.
- Someone opens the courier portal separately and copies the name, phone and address from the order.
- The waybill number is copied back into the CRM by hand, so the team knows what shipped.
- The tracking link is pasted manually into the message to the customer.
- A misspelt area or building is discovered only when the parcel comes back.
- At thirty orders a day, retyping consumes hours every week.
- Nobody knows how many shipments failed, or with which courier.
What the shipping integration includes
A complete flow, from creating the waybill to cancelling it.
Waybill from the order
Recipient, weight, parcel count and cash on delivery are taken from the order. The operator checks and confirms.
- Data taken automatically
- COD and declared value
- Payer set per shipment
- Reference and notes
Labels ready to print
The label downloads in the size your printer takes, and several waybills can come out in one PDF.
- Printer-ready sizes
- Several in one PDF
- Batch printing
- Reprint at any time
Tracking on the order
The shipment history sits on the order, so support answers without opening another system.
- Full history
- Scheduled refresh
- Status on the order
- No link hunting
Cancellation from the CRM
A waybill created by mistake is cancelled from the CRM, while the courier still allows it.
- Cancel through the API
- No phone call
- Trail kept
- Before pickup
Several couriers in parallel
More than one account can be configured, and the courier is chosen when the waybill is created.

- Compared in reports
Accounts and keys stay yours
The contract is between you and the courier. Credentials live in your own installation.
- Direct contract
- Rates you negotiated

- No intermediary
What changes in the first month

How a shipment travels, step by step
From a confirmed order to cancellation, if it comes to that.
Courier interfaces do not reliably reject an address that does not exist. In our testing on another market, a courier accepted a waybill with a non-existent county and locality without any error.
- The courier may accept a bad address
- A bad address becomes a failed delivery
- Freight is charged either way
- Validation belongs in the CRM
- Area and zone lists are kept updated
- Errors surface before dispatch
We validate against the courier’s own locality or zone list inside the CRM, before the waybill is created, rather than trusting the interface to refuse it.
- 1
The order reaches the dispatch stage

The limits of the shipping integration, stated plainly
What the module does not do.
- Address validation stays with you. A courier interface may accept a non-existent address without an error, so the check belongs in the CRM.
- Tariffs come from the courier, on your contract. The CRM neither negotiates nor estimates another price.
- Cancellation depends on the courier. After pickup it is usually no longer possible through the interface.
- No route optimisation for your own delivery team.
- Returns are not picked up automatically; a return waybill is created manually.
- If the courier service is unavailable, creation waits; the order in the CRM is unaffected.
When the shipping integration makes sense and when it does not
Stated plainly.
A good fit if
The situations in which the module pays for itself quickly.
- You ship parcels daily, with one or more couriers.
- You work with cash on delivery and need it recorded per order.
- You sell online and orders already land in the CRM.
- You care about real cost per courier and refusal rate.
Not a fit if
The situations in which we recommend not buying it now.
- You ship a handful of parcels a month, by hand.
- You deliver only with your own team, no external courier.
- You have no direct contract with any courier.
- Everything is collected from your premises.
Which package the connectors and API module belongs to
The module is licensed together with external integrations.
Two licensable modules
The programming interface, keys and events are part of the API and integrations module. Connectors to external services and data feeds form the connectors module. They can be activated separately.
What the core includes
The mandatory core brings users and roles, clients and contacts, a lead and sales pipeline, custom fields and 15 interface languages.
Invoicing and payment connectors
They are used together with the invoicing module and the payments and collections module.
