Communication modules in your CRM, every channel on one client record
WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, calls and email all land on the same client record. The conversation history stays with the customer, not in someone’s personal phone or inbox.
From $2,900 excl. VATone-time payment, no monthly subscription
Communication modules bring every channel onto one client record. WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram, telephony, email and campaigns, licensed per module.
Works together with: WhatsApp Business, Telephony integration, Connectors and API.
What happens when conversations live outside the CRM
The history belongs to a person, not to the company.
- A customer writes on WhatsApp to one salesperson, and nobody else can see what was agreed.
- When that person leaves, the conversation history leaves with the phone.
- The same question gets answered differently on Instagram and on email.
- Nobody knows how many enquiries arrived on each channel, or how fast they were answered.
- A call made from a mobile leaves no trace against the client record.
- Campaign replies arrive in a shared mailbox and are handled twice or not at all.
The modules that make up communication
Each one is licensed separately, and they share the same client record.

How an enquiry travels, step by step
From the first message to the logged outcome.
Each channel keeps its own rules, and those rules are not ours to change. Worth knowing before you plan a flow around any single channel.
- WhatsApp template approval is Meta’s
- Messaging windows are set by the platform
- Call recording follows local law
- Email deliverability depends on your domain
- Campaign limits come from your provider
- Account suspension is the platform’s decision
The CRM keeps the history and the routing. It cannot override a platform’s policy, a template rejection or a sending limit.

The customer writes or calls
On whichever channel they prefer.
- 2
The message lands on a record
Matched to an existing client, or creating one.
- 3
It is assigned
By rule, by rota or by territory.
- 4
The reply goes out from the CRM
With a template where one applies.
- 5
The outcome is recorded
Including the next step and its date.
- 6
The history stays with the client

The limits of the communication modules, stated plainly
What these modules do not do.
- Template approval is not ours to give. WhatsApp templates are approved by the platform, on its timetable.
- Messaging windows are set by the platform. Outside them, only approved templates can be sent.
- Call recording depends on local law and on your policy. The module does not decide what is lawful for you.
- Email deliverability depends on your domain and its reputation, not on the CRM.
- Campaign volumes are limited by your sending provider and its plan.
- An account suspended by the platform cannot be restored from the CRM.
When these modules make sense and when they do not
Stated plainly.
A good fit if
The situations in which the module pays for itself quickly.
- Customers reach you on more than one channel.
- More than one person answers enquiries.
- You need the history to survive staff changes.
- Response time matters to how you sell.
Not a fit if
The situations in which we recommend not buying it now.
- One person handles every conversation and always will.
- All contact happens face to face.
- You do not want conversation history stored centrally.
- Enquiry volume is a handful per month.
Which package the connectors and API module belongs to
The module is licensed together with external integrations.
Two licensable modules
The programming interface, keys and events are part of the API and integrations module. Connectors to external services and data feeds form the connectors module. They can be activated separately.
What the core includes
The mandatory core brings users and roles, clients and contacts, a lead and sales pipeline, custom fields and 15 interface languages.
Invoicing and payment connectors
They are used together with the invoicing module and the payments and collections module.
Pricing and configurations
Package composition and prices by edition are on the pricing page.
